Terms and Conditions
Parties:
‘Main Train Transmissions LTD’ referred to in this Agreement in the first person plural ("we us our"). The Customer referred to in this Agreement in the second person ("you your").
Prices and Product Type:
We supply all the bearings as close to the description. If we cannot supply a particular brand we will notify the customer once order is being processed. All prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes unless otherwise stated in the product description. The delivery cost is not included in the price displayed for the product.
Electronic Communication:
You are communicating with us electronically, whenever you visit Main Train Transmission LTD website or send e-mails to us, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. Communication from us to you will be via e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all notices, disclosures, agreements and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Order Acceptance / Confirmation:
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch of the products ordered to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions as outlined in our Returns Policy below.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
* The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
* Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
* The identification of a pricing or product description error
We will confirm your order either by e-mail or telephone. Order confirmation will only occur after payment has been validated.
Please note that this procedure can take up to 24 hours.
Payment:
For all credit card payments we use the services of PayPal and SECPAY for the most secure on-line credit card agencies, using the latest encryption technologies for your guaranteed security. We will accept cheques made payable to 'Main Train Transmissions Limited'. Postal Address for all Cheques is 143 Coppermill Lane, Walthamstow, London, E17 7HD.
Goods will be despatched immediately once the cheques have cleared the bank.
Complaints and Queries:
We will make every endeavour to offer our customer a first class level of service.

Returns Policy:
You have the right to return any product within 7 days of delivery or cancel an order at any time before delivery. Please contact us in advance to receive instructions/details for return.
Please note: Wrongly supplied goods will be reimbursed in full including all postal charges. For goods supplied in accordance with the order placed we will accept the return, BUT we do not pay any return postage/carriage charges.
All goods must be returned in the original packing in an “as new” condition and include our delivery note/invoice as proof of purchase.
Please note: You must keep your proof of purchase documentation (email order confirmation). Amounts will only be reimbursed when goods have been received by us, subject to the above conditions.
Risk of loss:
All items purchased from Main Train Transmissions LTD are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Delivery, Ownership and Risk:
We will only deliver products once full payment has been made. Ownership of all goods supplied by us shall remain with us until payment in full. Until payment in full we reserve the right to re-sell any goods.
Guarantee:
The manufacturer guarantees all products. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
Law:
By visiting Main Train Transmissions LTD website, you agree that the United Kingdom laws, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Main Train Transmissions LTD or its affiliates.
